PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY BEFORE AVAILING OUR SERVICES

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, we do not offer refund for the software products or services already provided. We request you to read our terms and conditions thoroughly before taking the services. You can always cancel your subscription to our licences and we will not charge you from the date of cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the subscription to the licences that you have taken for Proleads CRM from Syntopia Private Limited. We will stop invoicing you from the date of cancellation.

Refund / Return Policy

We are a software product company. Software licences purchases cannot be returned. Refund will not be provided to the user, once it is earned by the company, because of the time and energy invested by our manpower for their work done, which is not returnable. You can cancel the monthly subscription to stop getting the invoice from Syntopia Priviate Limited for using Proleads CRM.

Force Majeure

Syntopia Private Limited (Proleads CRM) will not be considered responsible if there is a breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”).
